What the 6 spam filtering levels mean

  • Synopsis

What the 6 spam filtering levels mean.
  • Applicable to

All Austlink Plus 2010 and 2013 hosted Exchange accounts.
  • Prerequisite

You must have an Exchange account with Austlink Plus.

  • How to

    1. We have recently changed how spam filtering functions at Austlink Plus. Please examine the adjustments we have brought to this service. Every incoming email is filtered and given a score, which determines where it's sent (i.e. Inbox, Junk Folder)

Note: To change your current anti-spam settings in the Control Panel, follow the directions in one of these guides:

How to manage the user anti-spam settings (Exchange 2010)

How to manage the user anti-spam settings (Exchange 2013)

Rest assured that these changes have no impact on the optimal spam and virus protection you have come to expect from SherWeb. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@sherweb.com if you have any concerns or questions.
