You must have an Exchange account with Austlink Plus.
1. We have recently changed how spam filtering functions at Austlink Plus. Please examine the adjustments we have brought to this service. Every incoming email is filtered and given a score, which determines where it's sent (i.e. Inbox, Junk Folder)
