Our Remote Help Facility - Screen Sharing and Your Security

Our Remote Help facility can provide you with instant help via a screen sharing session. The front page of the website gives you access to start a session.

It is important to know that we have put in place a number of safeguards around this facility. 

Starting a session requires your express permission. You have to go to our website and specifically request our help.

The session is fully encrypted via SSL which makes it almost impossible for a third party to get to any of your information.

When a session is over our software automatically uninstalls itself ensuring that subsequent sessions also require your permission. Note we also have an ability to set up unattended access should that be your wish.

All Sessions are Recorded

Every session is recorded and logged. The logs and recordings are kept for 90 days.

There is a wealth of information on each session.

We are even able to view a video of the entire session.

In summary we take your security and privacy very seriously and will only ever use systems which ensure full accountability.
