MYOB Exo Business - General Overview

Below I have created a short video stepping you through a general overview of MYOB Exo Business.

When you first open the system you are asked for your credentials. You also get the opportunity of selecting the company you want to work with.

The main screen opens up with your to-do list. This is available as a calendar view or a simple to-do list.

On the right side is your activity list. Double clicking on any item will open up the related record within the system

Across the top of all the main screens is the navigation for the graphical workflow menu

Each area within Exo has it's own workflow menu as in this example from the debtors menu. In addition to the graphical menu there is also the traditional drop down menu.

Both the drop down menu and the graphical menus can be customized per person

Most of the grids within Exo can be tailored to the individual user's requirements. Here is an example of the debtors grid.

Here is the debtors detailed screen. Notice the extensive tabs and work flow icons

Transactions screens within the system (for debtors, creditors, stock, etc.) are all relatively similar and include the ability to group by period and to interact with individual transaction.

From a debtors perspective you can have extensive pricing functionality. In addition to the ability to allocate debtors to specific pricing policies you can also add exceptions and one off deals for particular clients. At it's most detailed you can have an individual price per product per client for a specific time period

This video is best seen on the full screen. Just click on the icon at the bottom right of the video (see image below).

To exit full screen just press escape
