How to remove a computer from your data

  • Synopsis

    How to remove a computer from your data.
  • Applicable to

    All SkyNox accounts
  • Prerequisite

    • You must have a SkyNox account.
  • How to

    1. Log into the Web Console. 

    2. Click on My Data.

     

     

    3. Check the box next to the computer you wish to remove. Click on the Delete button.

     

     

    Note: You can only select machines with an Inactive status. Set a machine to Inactive faster by going to Email Preferences under Profile and changing the Inactive system alert to after 1 day for that machine, then click on Update.

     

     

    4. Click on Delete.
