Divert All Email to Another Email Address

If you want to divert all your email to an external email (i.e. an address not in your domain) then you will need to follow the following instructions:


The function to do this lies within the Austlink Cloud Control Panel.


Open up a browser and go to

Enter in your administrator credentials and login



Select your company name from the left menu and check to make sure that you have at least one free "Forward mailbox" available.

If you don't you need to ring us on 1300 766 812 and purchase one - at the time of writing mailbox re-directions add $1.95exGST to your monthly fee.



Now select the mailbox you want to divert from the left menu.



From the right "Tasks" menu select to "Edit" the mailbox



In the "Forwards to" field enter in the email address you want all mail to be forwarded to and press "Save"



To cancel the forward just remove the email address from the "Forwards to" field and press "Save".
