If for whatever reason you or your IT consultant, never entered in the Outlook license code then one day when you open up Outlook you will be greeted with the following screen.
Notice the red bar at the top indicates that the Microsoft Outlook Product Activation has Failed. The panel also indicates that "This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated"
The first thing you need to do is get the license code. This will be available to you via the Austlink Cloud control panel.
Open up your browser and go to http://help.austlink.net as in the following image and select the green "Email Control Panel" button at the bottom.
If you prefer you can go direct to the control panel by entering http://cloud.austlink.net
Now enter in your email address as the user name and your email password
From the menu at the right side of the screen select the "Downloads" link
Notice that there are a couple of downloads with the word "Serial" next to them. These are the ones you need. In fact you only need the one for your version of Outlook
To find your version of Outlook, select "File" from the top menu and then select "Help" from the menu at the left of the page. In this example the version is Microsoft Outlook 2010 - 32 bit version
Select the serial number download link that matches your version and press Download.
Your license code will download as a text file
To enter in the key and activate Outlook click on the "Change Product Key" link in the Outlook help screen
With any luck Outlook should now be registered and activated.
