How to resolve the error ‘The operation failed. An object could not be found.’ (0x8004010F) (Exchange 2010)

Synopsis:This guide will show you how to resolve the 0x8004010f error.

Applicable to: All Austlink Plus 2010 hosted Exchange accounts.

How to:

Note: It is normal that you receive this error message the first day you sign up with Austlink Plus.

1. If this error persists after the first 24 hours, make sure that the A record is properly set up in the domain DNS.

Please refer to How to add an Autodiscover Record in a DNS on the left menu.

Note: Any changes made in the DNS take up to 24 hours before being effective.
