Note: It is normal that you receive this error message the first day you sign up with Austlink Plus.
1. If this error persists after the first 24 hours, make sure that the autodiscover.yourdomain.com A record is properly set up in the domain DNS.
Please refer to How to add an Autodiscover Record in a DNS on the left menu.
Note: Any changes made in the DNS take up to 24 hours before being effective.
